Hoboken's little kebab joint has big dreams

Hoboken has a history of firsts: baseball, zippers, Blimpie and Oreos are some of the biggies. But someday we might also add fast-food kebabs to the list.

As we know, Kebab House opened a few weeks ago, bringing such options as falafel, hummus and lamb kebabs to those looking for a quick, inexpensive meal.
